Condolence book for Bali victims

News Release - 18th October 2002

Whitehorse residents have the opportunity to send their condolences to people around Australia following the terrorist attack in Bali on 12th October.

The Victorian Parliament is compiling a condolence book in which people can enter their messages.

"Our hearts go out to the people of all nations affected by this dreadful act of terrorism," the Member for Box Hill, Robert Clark, said.

"This act of calculated murder has hurt so many people, and as a community we need to let them know our thoughts are with them in this very sad time."

Pages of the condolence book are available for signing at Robert Clark's office at 24 Rutland Road, Box Hill, and at the offices of other local MPs.

Condolences can be entered for the book until Thursday, 31st October. The pages signed at the various locations will then be collated and bound.
